Real stories from caregivers

The families and caregivers who use Mira are the best people to tell you what caring for a child with complex needs is actually like. This page is where their words live - in their own voice, with their name or a name they chose instead.

We have not published a story here yet. Mira is new, and we would rather show you an honest, empty page than fill it with anything invented. See below for how that changes.

No stories here yet - and that is the honest truth

When we publish the first one, every word on this page will be real: a real family, a real name or a name they chose to use instead, and their real experience. We will never invent a quote or a person to fill this page - if we have nothing real to show you, we would rather show you nothing.

If you use Mira and would like your story here, we would be glad to hear it.

How it works, start to finish

  1. Email us. Write to support@mirachildcare.com and tell us a little about your experience with Mira - a few sentences is plenty to start.
  2. We ask you to sign a short release. If we would like to feature your story, we send you a plain-language release that says exactly what will be published, under what name, and confirms you can ask us to take it down at any time - before or after it goes live.
  3. You see the final wording first. We show you the exact words before anything is published. Nothing goes live until you have approved it.
