Delete your Mira Child Care account
This page is for users of the Mira Child Care Android app. You can delete your account and data in three ways. Pick whichever is easiest for you; they all lead to the same result.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- your sign-in account (your email or Google sign-in identity), and
- all of your synced cloud data: every care record and every attached photo or document stored on our servers.
Deleting in the app also erases everything on that phone, returning the app to its just-installed state. Deleting on this website or by email removes your account and everything in the cloud; any copy still on your phone stays on your phone until you uninstall the app or delete the data there.
Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the data afterwards.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Mira Child Care.
- Go to Settings (the rightmost tab at the bottom).
- Tap Profile & Account.
- Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog. That is all.
If you only want to erase your records but keep your account, use Settings, then Data & Privacy, then Delete all data instead.
Option 2: on this website
Useful if you have already uninstalled the app. Sign in with the same email or Google account you used in the app, then choose Delete Account:

Option 3: by email
If neither of the above works for you, email us at privacy@mirachildcare.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and handle the deletion for you.
A note for anonymous users
If you never signed in (no email, no Google), your records exist only on your phone and under an anonymous identity. Deleting in the app (Option 1; the button reads Delete everything in that case) removes them completely. There is no account to delete on the website in that case.
